SYNOPSIS

This class will include a Q&A and a PREPARED READING session with an experienced casting professional.

Please prepare a scene 2 minutes or less that you feel best showcases your work.

A reader will be available on ZOOM during the class.

All actors will need to email a PDF. of their chosen scene to castingaccess@sagaftra.foundation for the reader by 9:00am PST on October 28th. The subject needs to be Casting Access- Rick Moreno. The body of the email MUST include the role that the reader will be reading if you are doing a scene.

Rick V. Moreno - Casting Highlights: "9-1-1 Lone Star” (Fox), "Turner & Hooch” (Disney+), “Next” (Fox), "Untitled Bosch Spinoff Series” (Amazon), “Kindred” pilot (FX). Additionally, Rick is an AEA Stage Manager, who continually works at local theaters such as The Wallis Annenberg Center of Beverly Hills, Pasadena Playhouse, L.A. Theater Works, Ojai Playwrights Festival, and the Old Globe in San Diego. Alum of The Juilliard School’s apprentice program in stage management.

REQUIREMENTS

You must have completed a Casting Access Application prior to registering for this class.

Only those participants who have received a telephoned or e-mailed confirmation message from staff will receive a link inviting them to the session. Waitlisted individuals who have not received such confirmation will not be sent the link to join the class.
