SYNOPSIS
This class will include a Q&A with NY based Casting Director Pat McCorkle, followed by a prepared work session.
Participating actors will choose, prepare and perform monologues from film, television, or theatre. Additional preparation details will be sent upon RSVP confirmation.
ABOUT PAT
Pat McCorkle (McCorkle Casting Ltd) continues to strive for inclusivity and social awareness during its 35-year history in casting and is pleased to be associated with SAG-AFTRA Foundation. Broadway: Over 50 productions including, On the Town, Amazing Grace, End of the Rainbow, A Few Good Men. etc. Off-Broadway: Over 60 productions: Highlights; Tribes, Our Town, Driving Miss Daisy. Regional Theatre: Guthrie, Barrington Stage, CATF, City Theatre-Pittsburgh, George Street Playhouse and hundreds more regional theatre productions across the country. Feature films: Currently casting six films for theatrical release. You must have completed a Casting Access Application prior to registering for this class.
NO LATE ARRIVALS and NO WALK-INS are admitted. Only those participants who have received a telephoned or e-mailed confirmation message from staff will be admitted to the session. Waitlisted individuals who have not received such confirmation will not be admitted at the door. Please do not show up if you have not been explicitly confirmed as RSVPed.
