Cancellations must be made by midnight prior to the day of the event.
Please bring a pen or pencil.
No food allowed. Water only in a closed container.
There are no guests allowed for this event.
Be prepared to stay for the entire 1.5 hour event. Please do not sign up for a workshop if you will need to leave before the event has ended.
DO NOT BE LATE: late arrivals will be denied admittance. Failure to fulfill a SEATED reservation or arrival after check-in is completed will be recorded as a "No-Show."
***NEW NO-SHOW POLICY***
Two "No-Shows" within two months will result in restriction from attending Small Group Sessions and Computer Classes for three months.
The "No-Show" policy does not apply to WAITLISTED reservations – UNLESS you are moved to the RSVP list. If you have been moved to the RSVP list and will not be attending you must cancel by midnight to avoid being recorded as a "No-Show". Your status will be changed no later than midnight prior to the day of the event – to give you time to cancel.
THE WAITLIST: If you have a space on the waitlist there is a good chance you will be seated. Please monitor your space on the waitlist. If you are no longer available to attend a workshop for which you have been waitlisted, please cancel your reservation. You are expected to be available if you are on the waitlist. You will receive an email confirming a seat if one becomes available. Walk-ins are permitted, but walk-ins are not guaranteed a seat.
You MUST bring your paid-up, valid SAG-AFTRA or AEA ID card (or your receipt of current payment) for admittance. No admittance will be granted without your current card or receipt.
