SAG Foundation Conversations and The Business events are open to SAG-AFTRA and AEA members only, unless otherwise specified.
You MUST bring your paid-up, valid SAG-AFTRA or AEA ID card (or your receipt of current payment) for admittance. No admittance will be granted without your current card or receipt.
Guests are not allowed at this event.
Seats are NOT guaranteed. Events are overbooked to ensure a full house.
Late arrivals will not be admitted.
No photography or audio/video recording permitted. Please leave all cell phones, iPads and other recording devices in your car.
No soliciting (including giving out headshots, reels, business cards, scripts) or autograph seeking from guest speakers
When you register for an event you are expected to stay for the entire Q&A as a courtesy to our guest speaker(s).
Cancellations must be made by midnight prior to the day of the event.
Failure to fulfill a RSVPed reservation or arrival after check-in is completed will be recorded as a no-show.
Three no-shows within a year of the first missed event will result in restriction from attending SAG Foundation Conversations or The Business events for six months.
The no-show policy does not apply to WAITLISTED reservations – UNLESS you are moved to the RSVP list. If you have been moved to the RSVP list and will not be attending you must cancel by midnight to avoid being recorded as a no-show. Your status will be changed no later than midnight prior to the day of the event – to give you time to cancel.
Waiting List –
If you are on the waiting list and a spot opens up you will be moved to the RSVP list and notified via email (by midnight prior to the day of the event). You may also check your status at any time by logging into our website. If you are still on the waiting list the day of an event you are welcome to show up to see if space is available. You will NOT be recorded as a no-show if you do not attend or if you show up and do not get in.
