SYNOPSIS
This workshop will include a Q&A and a cold reading session with an experienced casting professional. We will be using the camera in class, but not recording.
CASTING DIRECTOR BIO
Caitlin Jones is a casting director at Liz Lewis Casting Partners, a bi-coastal casting office that works on commercials, film, television, reality, and theatre.
After receiving a Bachelor’s in Musical Theatre and Philosophy at Naz, Caitlin graduated all four levels of Improvisation from the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre in NY. She then went on to perform on the indie improv circuitwith the team, Partyline, coached by Mike Still, who went on to be theartistic director of UCB LA.
During that time, Caitlin interned at Liz Lewis Casting Partners and has since worked her way up to a full time casting director. At LLCP, Caitlin has cast hundreds of commercials for network television, web, and new media including: T-Mobile, Centrum Silver, Nintendo Wii, Chase Bank, Levi’s, American Express, Colgate, America’s Got Talent (Super Bowl 2012 commercial), Hasbro, and countless others. In the past three years, Caitlin has branched into theatre, independent film, and reality casting. Most recently, Caitlin completed casting the NYC Premiere of Vox Lumiere’s Phantom that will have an open-ended run at the Daryl Roth Theatre starting in February 2017.
Caitlin is a proud, voting member of the Television Academy, the Drama League, the Independent Film Partnership, Commercial Casting Directors Association, Casting Society of America’s Diversity Committee and Artios Awards Committee.

You must have completed a Casting Access Application prior to registering for this workshop.
NO LATE ARRIVALS and NO WALK-INS are admitted. Only those participants who have received a telephoned or e-mailed confirmation message from staff will be admitted to the session. Waitlisted individuals who have not received such confirmation will not be admitted at the door. Please do not show up if you have not been explicitly confirmed as RSVPed.
