Kaplan is Senior Vice President of Feature Casting for 20th Century Fox Films. His department oversees casting for all feature films. The 20th Century Fox Film banner covers 20th Century Fox, Fox 2000 Pictures, Fox Searchlight Pictures, Fox International Productions and 20th Century Fox Animation.
