NOTE: This is a TWO HOUR class.

The SAG Foundation is offering an introductory website building workshop at our NYC Actors Center. This two hour class is for SAG-AFTRA members interested in learning basic website construction through WEEBLY.COM.  In this class you will learn the basics of how the program works and some of the basic functions used on the site. Included in this class will be how to import files, create content, and upload links to your website.

Please Note: This TWO HOUR class is not an introduction on how to use a computer, so basic computer skills are needed.  No exceptions.

Requirements:

Working knowledge of a Mac/PC OS.

Desire and ability to learn.

  • 4 different DIGITAL headshots (Hi-Resolution)

  • 1 resume (PDF or DOC)

  • 1 video link to Youtube (reel, short, etc – anything that you can use as an example)

The Instructor

Joseph Saito received his MFA in Film Production at New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts and his BA in both Media Studies and Studio Art from Pitzer College. Prior to the SAG Foundation, Joseph was the Media Producer at NYU's Polytechnic Institute where he consulted faculty and staff on the implementation of digital media and developing media for the Center for Faculty Innovations in Teaching and Learning (FITL).
