SYNOPSIS

San Diego, California This 2 hour workshop will include a Q&A and a cold reading session with Jason and will end at 5pm. This workshop will help you to discover how to book a co-star role.

Parking and Directions:

PLEASE LEAVE EARLY ENOUGH TO GIVE YOURSELF TIME TO FIND THE CORRECT LOCATION.

PARK IN STRUCTURE 4
From Interstate 8 East,
Take the College Ave off ramp- TURN RIGHT 
Proceed to the first light (Canyon Crest) TURN RIGHT
Drive appx 1 mile to a four-way stop intersection. TURN RIGHT
You will see STRUCTURE 4 on your right
Enter STRUCTURE 4 and proceed to level 8
You will see a yellow pay station. You must PAY TO PARK or you will receive a $50 citation.

From parking level 8, follow the signs that say "Performing Arts Plaza" and cross over the pedestrian bridge to the left. The bridge leads to the Performing Arts Plaza, and the Dramatic Arts Building is the last one on the left.

CASTING DIRECTOR BIO

Jason Wood is a Los Angeles based casting director of film and television. 

He is currently the casting consultant of movies and mini-series for A+E Networks (Lifetime, History Channel and A+E). He has cast numerous film and television projects, including Quinceanera, Shelter, CrazySexyCool: The TLC Story, Single Ladies, Heaven's Floor, and many more. He has been nominated five times by the CSA for outstanding casting, winning in 2011 for the feature Park and in 2012 for the short film Bye Bye Sally. He is originally from Atlanta. 



REQUIREMENTS

You do NOT have to complete a Casting Access Application in order to particapte in Casting Access workshops in this city. 

You are not restricted in the number of Casting Access workshops you wish to attend while we visit this city. Please make sure you are not registering for workshops that occur at the same time/overlap in time.
