The SAG Foundation is offering an intro editing class at our Los Angeles computer lab. This class is for SAG-AFTRA members interested in learning video editing skills.
In this class you will learn the basics of video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro. The class is open to all Premiere skill levels. Working knowledge of Mac or Windows computers is required.
In this class you will learn the basics of how Adobe Premiere works and some of the basic functions used in Premiere. Included in this class will be how to import files, copy and paste transitions, and export to a video file.
The class will use professional footage to teach basic Premiere skills. You may bring your own footage to edit during the last section of the class.
Requirements:
- Working knowledge of Macs or Windows computers.
-You are welcome to bring your own computer, but instructor will not provide troubleshooting if you have an issue with your computer.
