SYNOPSIS
This workshop will include a Q&A and a cold reading session with an experienced casting professional.
CASTING DIRECTOR BIO
Jeremy Gordon has been casting feature films, television, web-series, short films and commercials for the past 13 years. He was recently just named one of Los Angeles “Power Casting Directors of Tomorrow.” He is also a member of the Casting Society of America (CSA), where he was on the Board of Directors for two years, and the Television Academy (The Emmys).
Jeremy received an acting degree from Syracuse University, and his Master’s degree in Education. He is enthusiastic about teaching actors, and believes in the importance of longevity and understanding the business.
Jeremy was a Casting Associate on Being Charlie, We’re the Millers, The Wolverine, Marry Me, Hell on Wheels, Snowfall, and many more. He was recently Casting Director on Bordering on Bad Behavior, Minutes and Sons of the Devil.
REQUIREMENTS
You must have completed a Casting Access Application prior to registering for this workshop.
Please note that the 90-day frequency restriction applies to this workshop. Your last frequency-restricted workshop must have taken place no less than 90 (ninety) days prior to this event to be eligible to register. Also, should you register for more than one (1) frequency-restricted workshop at a time, the higher-placing workshop registration will be retained and all others will be deleted.
NO LATE ARRIVALS and NO WALK-INS are admitted. Only those participants who have received a telephoned or e-mailed confirmation message from staff will be admitted to the session. Waitlisted individuals who have not received such confirmation will not be admitted at the door. Please do not show up if you have not been explicitly confirmed as RSVPed.
