You MUST bring your paid-up, valid SAG-AFTRA or Equity ID card (or your receipt of current payment) for admittance. No admittance will be granted without your current card or receipt.
Cancellations must be made by midnight prior to the day of the event.
Failure to fulfill a SEATED reservation or arrival after check-in is completed will be recorded as a “No-Show.”
***NEW NO-SHOW POLICY***
Two"No-Shows" within two months will result in restriction from attending The Branding Workshop, Small Group Sessions and Computer Classes for three months.
The “No-Show” policy does not apply to WAITLISTED reservations – UNLESS you are moved to the seated list. If you have been moved to the seated list and will not be attending you must cancel by midnight to avoid being recorded as a “No-Show”. Your status will be changed no later than midnight prior to the day of the event – to give you time to cancel.
Waiting List –
If you are on the waiting list and a spot opens up you will be moved to the seated list and notified via email (by midnight prior to the day of the event). You may also check your status at any time by logging into our website. You WILL NOT be recorded as a “no show” if you do not attend or if you show up and do not get in.
•SAG Foundation events are open to SAG-AFTRA and Equity members only unless otherwise specified.
•Late arrivals will not be admitted.
•When you register for an event you are expected to stay for the entire class as a courtesy to our guest speaker(s).
•The SAG Foundation reserves the right to refuse admission or service to anyone.
•This program may include explicit, sexual, disturbing or offensive content and is intended for mature audiences only.
Additionally:
•No food or drink
•No cellphone use in the Computer Lab
•Web browsing limited to relevant sites only (casting sites, YouTube, Vimeo, etc)
•Be respectful of members in the Computer Lab: keep conversation volume at a working level
•Be respectful of the space: the Computer Lab is a place for work, not socializing
