SYNOPSIS

This workshop will include a Q&A and a prepared reading session with an experienced casting professional.

Please prepare a contemporary monologue (anything written from the 1950s or later) under 2 min. in length


CASTING DIRECTOR BIO

BOB CLINE  is the founder of Bob Cline Casting in New York City, and Broadway World recently named him one of New York's 10 best. He has cast film, TV, commercials, over 70 national tours, and hundreds of regional theatre productions across the country including: The Pioneer Theatre Company, Maltz Juipter Theatre, The Fulton Theatre, Maine State Music Theatre, The Repertory Theatre of St. Louis, The Palace Theatre, and Northern Stage. He also had the pleasure of directing Betty Buckley, Tom Cavanaugh, Tuc Watkins, Christy Carlson Romano, Martha Plimpton, and Elaine Stritch in Ben Andron'sWhite's Lies both at the Jerry Orbach Theatre and at New World Stages in NYC.

You must have completed a Casting Access Application prior to registering for this workshop.

Please note that the 90-day frequency restriction applies to this workshop. Your last frequency-restricted workshop must have taken place no less than 90 (ninety) days prior to this event to be eligible to register.

NO LATE ARRIVALS and NO WALK-INS are admitted. Only those participants who have received a telephoned or e-mailed confirmation message from staff will be admitted to the session. Waitlisted individuals who have not received such confirmation will not be admitted at the door. Please do not show up if you have not been explicitly confirmed as RSVPed.
