SYNOPSIS

This workshop will include a Q&A and a prepared reading session with an experienced casting professional.

Please prepare a scene 2 minutes in length or less, preferably something you've been working on & want to improve. Please bring a copy for the reader.  This will be on camera.


CASTING DIRECTOR BIO

Rosalie Joseph has been an independent New York based Casting Director since 2009.  In that time she has cast pilots and series for CBS, ABC, NBC, FOX, Lifetime, Freeform and E Networks.  She has worked in casting for over 20 years and held the position of Vice President of Primetime Casting in NY for ABC for 14 years.

Rosalie was nominated for a Primetime Emmy for her work in Annie, the Neil Meron, and Craig Zadan television production directed by Rob Marshall.  From 1996-2005, and again from 2011 to present, Rosalie serves on the Board of Directors for the Casting Society of America. 


REQUIREMENTS

You must have completed a Casting Access Application prior to registering for this workshop.

Please note that the 90-day frequency restriction applies to this workshop. Your last frequency-restricted workshop must have taken place no less than 90 (ninety) days prior to this event to be eligible to register. Also, should you register for more than one (1) frequency-restricted workshop at a time, the higher-placing workshop registration will be retained and all others will be deleted.

NO LATE ARRIVALS and NO WALK-INS are admitted. Only those participants who have received a telephoned or e-mailed confirmation message from staff will be admitted to the session. Waitlisted individuals who have not received such confirmation will not be admitted at the door. Please do not show up if you have not been explicitly confirmed as RSVPed.
