BookPALS Semester Check-Ins are 1-hour. When you register for a BookPALS Check-In event, you are expected to stay for its entirety.
BookPALS Semester Check-Ins are designed to support challenges and include best practices and tools for improvement. Also, volunteers will be informed and prepared with materials for any upcoming activities, i.e World Read Aloud Day, Dr. Suess Read Across America.
SAG-AFTRA Foundation BookPALS Check-In Events are open to readers that have been placed in classrooms this semester.All active BookPALS volunteers are encouraged to attend a Semester Check-In Event.
A 10-minute grace period will be permitted for late arrivals.
There is no food or drink allowed in the SAG-AFTRA Foundation BookPALS Classroom. Only bottled water.
The SAG-AFTRA Foundation reserves the right to refuse admission or service to anyone.
