EVENT RULES:
No food or drink is allowed in the lab, except bottled water.
Late arrivals will not be admitted to the workshop.
You MUST bring your paid-up, valid SAG-AFTRA or Equity ID card (or your receipt of current payment) for admittance. No admittance will be granted without your current card or receipt.
Cancellations must be made by midnight prior to the day of the event. You can do so with your account at sagfoundation.org.
Failure to fulfill a SEATED reservation or arrival after check-in is completed will be recorded as a “No-Show.”
Two “No-Shows” within a year may result in restriction from usage of the voiceover lab for six months.
The “No-Show” policy does not apply to WAITLISTED reservations – UNLESS you are moved to the seated list. If you have been moved to the seated list and will not be attending you must cancel by midnight to avoid being recorded as a “No-Show”. Your status must be changed no later than midnight prior to the day of the event .
Waiting List :
Walk-ups are allowed ONLY if you are already on the Waitlist.
If you are on the waiting list and a spot opens up you will be moved to the seated list and notified via email (by midnight prior to the day of the event). You may also check your status at any time by logging into our website.
If you are still on the waiting list the day of an event you are welcome to show up to see if space is available. You WILL NOT be recorded as a “no show” if you do not attend or if you show up and do not get in.

SAG Foundation events are open to SAG-AFTRA and Equity members only unless otherwise specified.
Parents/Guardians may accompany minors to the workshop. Please consult with the VO Lab Administrator to make arrangements.
The SAG Foundation reserves the right to refuse admission or service to anyone.
