This is a joint event with various groups. Please make sure you check in with the SAG-AFTRA Foundation to avoid being a no show.
SAG-AFTRA Foundation Conversations and The Business programs are open to SAG-AFTRA and AEA members only, unless otherwise specified.
You MUST bring your paid-up, valid SAG-AFTRA or AEA ID card (or your receipt of current payment) for admittance. No admittance will be granted without your current card or receipt.
One guest is allowed at this event. You must make a reservation for your guest and they must check in with you. Seats cannot be held.
Seats are NOT guaranteed. Programs are overbooked to ensure a full house.
Late arrivals will not be admitted.
No photography or audio/video recording permitted.
No soliciting (including giving out headshots, reels, business cards, scripts) or autograph seeking from guest speakers
When you register for a program you are expected to stay for the entire Q&A as a courtesy to our guest speaker(s).
This program may include explicit, sexual, disturbing or offensive content and is intended for mature audiences only.
The SAG-AFTRA Foundation reserves the right to refuse admission or service to anyone.
For those who need disability accommodation, including Sign Language Interpretation, please email rsvp@sagaftra.foundation for LA programs or nyrsvp@sagaftra.foundation for NY programs with a minimum of three business days' notice and you will be contacted.
Cancellations must be made by midnight prior to the day of the program.
Failure to fulfill a RSVPed reservation or arrival after check-in is completed will be recorded as a no-show.
Three no-shows within a year of the first missed program will result in restriction from attending SAG-AFTRA Foundation Conversations or The Business programs for six months.
