Please note: There will be on-going construction at 5757 Wilshire for the foreseeable future. We encourage you to give yourself extra time to park and enter the building. Enter and exit the parking structure off of Curson Ave. or Masselin Ave. Depending on the amount of cars you may need to park on the top of the structure.

There have been on-going issues with the elevators we normally use at check-in at 5757 Wilshire. One is being replaced, and the other is failing. If you are unable to use stairs, please contact rsvp@sagaftra.foundation to make alternate arrangements to be able to access the Foundation’s screening room or voice-over lab on the mezzanine.
Guests are allowed at this program. You must RSVP for your guests and they must check in with you. Seats cannot be held.
Late arrivals will not be admitted.
No photography or audio/video recording permitted.
No soliciting (including giving out headshots, reels, business cards, scripts) or autograph seeking from guest speakers
When you register for a program you are expected to stay for the entire Q&A as a courtesy to our guest speaker(s).
There is no food or drink allowed in the SAG-AFTRA Foundation Screening Room. Only bottled water.
This program may include explicit, sexual, disturbing or offensive content and is intended for mature audiences only.
The SAG-AFTRA Foundation reserves the right to refuse admission or service to anyone.

Cancellations must be made by midnight prior to the day of the program.
Failure to fulfill a RSVPed reservation or arrival after check-in is completed will be recorded as a no-show.
Three no-shows within a year of the first missed program will result in restriction from attending SAG-AFTRA Foundation Conversations or The Business programs for six months.
