She has performed off Broadway, in regional theaters across the country, several Shakespeare festivals, and also did a stint in the theaters of Denver, Colorado. She has been seen on TV in “Law and Order," “Law and Order: SVU,” and “AMC,” as well as a few small film roles.

She started working in all genres, wound up voicing a large amount of romance and chick lit, and added to it with a great following in sci fi and fantasy.  She is passionate about all genres but particularly loves memoir and all things Dystopia. She has won several awards for her work, Including a 2018 AUDIE award for the multi cast Sadie.

Gabra’s audiobook career has also led to her writing her own books. She is the author of The Bod Squad Series (Simon and Schuster’s Pocket Books 2015/2016), and co producer of the multicast recordings of her books through audible.com.   She is currently at work on another series of novels as well as coproducing a serialized romance made for audio. At this point Gabra likes to call herself a “multidisciplinary storyteller.”
