This two hour class will include a Q&A and a cold reading session with an experienced casting professional.
CASTING DIRECTOR BIO
Rebecca Carfagna is a Casting Associate in the Atlanta office of RPM Casting with Casting Director Meagan Lewis. They are currently casting Season 3 of HBO's True Detective among other television pilots, series, and films. Rebecca has worked in casting for over 15 years starting her career in theatre in New York City and continuing to Los Angeles where she cast television series and pilots. Favorite credits include the original Broadway companies of Shrek The Musical and Mary Poppins, Chappelle's Show (Comedy Central), and Happily Divorced (TV Land). Most recent credits include the upcoming films First Man (dir Damien Chazelle) and Dumplin' (dir Anne Fletcher). She has a master's degree in Arts Administration from Savannah College of Art & Design and undergraduate degrees in Theatre and Communication from Florida State University.
