SYNOPSIS

In the words of some Voiceover professionals, the job of an actor is auditioning, not booking. While this statement seems counter-intuitive, a booking is only secured from a great audition. Auditioning is a skill that requires delivering a great performance in sometimes not-so-great circumstances at all times. And a performer must also be aware of the expectations and etiquette required.

In this workshop, you will experience a Voiceover audition simulation. Our instructor Hugh Klitzke will observe and offer feedback on each attendee's audition; critiquing their reads and interactions with the director/engineer as well as their comportment and demeanor.

This workshop will end at 8:30 p.m.
