SYNOPSIS

This class will include a Q&A with Atlanta based Casting Director Cheryl Louden-Kubin, followed by a prepared work session. 

Participating actors will choose, prepare and perform sides from film or television.  

Additional preparation details will be sent upon RSVP confirmation.


ABOUT CHERYL

Cheryl Louden-Kubin, CSA: Graduate of Marymount College, Tarrytown, NY (BA Drama/ English) Attended Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts -London, England. Carnegie Mellon Univ.(summer program) Pitts, PA. Cheryl started casting work as an Associate Casting Director with The Casting Directors, Inc. in Miami, and then moved to in-house casting for Miami Vice. Cheryl won a CLIO award (excellence in commercials) for a Pepsi commercial.

Opened The Casting Crew, Inc. in Hollywood, Florida in 1990. Relocated to the Atlanta area in 2000. Opened AtlantaCasting LLC 7 years ago.. She's worked with HBO, NBC and Netflix but really enjoys indies.. She loves actors and the process and feels that her acting background helps her be a better casting director.


REQUIREMENTS

You must have completed a Casting Access Application prior to registering for this class.

NO LATE ARRIVALS are admitted. Only those participants who have received a telephoned or e-mailed confirmation message from staff will be admitted to the session. Waitlisted individuals who have not received such confirmation will not be admitted at the door. Please do not show up if you have not been explicitly confirmed as RSVPed.

Cancellations are required by the specified cancellation date for that class. Cancellation can only be made via the website. You cannot cancel your RSVP via email or phone.  Those who have been seated by the start date are expected to comply. You must cancel your reservation before the start date if you cannot comply, or you will face a six month ineligibility period.  DO NOT BE LATE.  Check-in begins 15 minutes to the class start time.  If you arrive after the start time, you will not be admitted and it will be counted as a no-show.

Attendance for the entirety of the class is required or it will be counted as a no-show.

The use of any type of gun or weapon props are prohibited in classes.
