This class will include a Q&A with LA based Casting Director Steven Tylor O'Connor, followed by a prepared work session.
Participating actors will prepare a scene assigned by the Casting Director several days before the class.
Additional preparation details will be sent upon RSVP confirmation.
BIO
Steven Tylor O’Connor is a two-time Emmy and Artios Award winning Casting Professional at Aufiero/Horn Casting, winning an Emmy in 2023 for “Best Foot Forward” (Apple+) and in 2021 for “The Healing Powers of Dude” (Netflix). Steven has also been honored by Casting Society (CSA) as the Associate Casting Director of the Year in 2019 and won an Artios Award in 2024 for his indie film “Summoning Sylvia” and in 2020 for Disney’s “Andi Mack”. Steven has been recognized three additional times with Artios nominations.Steven also won Casting Associate of the Year at the Heller Awards in 2024.
Steven also sits on the Board of Directors for Casting Society and serves in Executive Leadership as their Treasurer / VP of Finance.

You must have completed a Casting Access Application prior to registering for this class.
NO LATE ARRIVALS are admitted. Only those participants who have received a telephoned or e-mailed confirmation message from staff will be admitted to the session. Waitlisted individuals who have not received such confirmation will not be admitted at the door. Please do not show up if you have not been explicitly confirmed as RSVPed.
Cancellations are required by the cancellation date listed above. Cancellation can only be made via the website. You cannot cancel your RSVP via email or phone. Those who have been seated by the start date are expected to comply. You must cancel your reservation before the start date if you cannot comply, or you will face a 90-day ineligibility period. DO NOT BE LATE. Check-in begins 15 minutes to the class start time. If you arrive after the start time, you will not be admitted and it will be counted as a no-show.
Attendance for the entirety of the class is required or it will be counted as a no-show.
The use of any type of gun or weapon props are prohibited in classes.
