This class will include a Q&A with NY based Elizabeth Berra, followed by a prepared work session.
Participating actors will prepare a scene assigned by the Casting Director within four days before the class.
Additional preparation details will be sent upon RSVP confirmation.
ABOUT ELIZABETH
Elizabeth Berra is a New York based casting director working primarily in television and film. Recent credits and collaborations with casting director Alexa L. Fogel include the upcoming Apple TV+ seriesThe Savant starring Jessica Chastain, Chiwetel Ejiofor’s Rob Peace, Michael B. Jordan’s directorial debutCreed III, David Simon’sWeOwn This City and The Deuce, Shaka King’s Oscar and BAFTA nominatedJudas and the Black Messiah and Ryan Murphy’s Emmy nominated Pose, among others
Before collaborating with Fogel, Elizabeth spent time working with casting director Marc Hirschfeld. Credits included numerous network pilots, AMC, Starz and Netflix series, along with US casting forKilling Eve(BBC America) and Bryan Fuller’sHannibal(NBC).
Elizabeth got her start working on Broadway and off-Broadway productions with casting director Tara Rubin. Elizabeth has served on Casting Society’s Board of Directors since 2018 and is a graduate of Tulane University. She resides in New York City.

You must have completed a Casting Access Application prior to registering for this class.
NO LATE ARRIVALS are admitted. Only those participants who have received a telephoned or e-mailed confirmation message from staff will be admitted to the session. Waitlisted individuals who have not received such confirmation will not be admitted at the door. Please do not show up if you have not been explicitly confirmed as RSVPed.
Cancellations are required by the cancellation date listed above. Cancellation can only be made via the website. You cannot cancel your RSVP via email or phone. Those who have been seated by the start date are expected to comply. You must cancel your reservation before the start date if you cannot comply, or you will face a 90-day ineligibility period. DO NOT BE LATE. Check-in begins 15 minutes to the class start time. If you arrive after the start time, you will not be admitted and it will be counted as a no-show.
Attendance for the entirety of the class is required or it will be counted as a no-show.
The use of any type of gun or weapon props are prohibited in classes.
