Hugh Klitzke's "ADVANCED Commercial Voiceover" Workshop

Hugh Klitzke

Wednesday, October 7, 2015

Begins at 6:30 PM EDT
Check-in begins at: 6:15 PM EDT

Tuesday, October 06, 2015

NOTE: This course is specifically designed for actors who are at the intermediate/advanced level, and who have already mastered the skill of reading copy professionally. It is not for the beginning student.

SYNOPSIS

In this workshop, you will experience a Voiceover audition simulation. Our instructor Hugh Klitzke will observe and offer feedback on each attendee's audition; critiquing their reads and interactions with the director/engineer as well as their comportment and demeanor.

Participants in the Advanced Class will receive a set of four pieces of copy to pick from (as opposed to bringing your own).  Please prepare one of the four. Having a few pieces to pick from will still allow you to choose something to read that works for you, but will also afford you the likelihood of hearing other people reading and being directed in the piece of copy you chose. This is a lesson unto itself.

This workshop will end at 8:30 p.m.
