SYNOPSIS

This online workshop will provide feedback from an experienced casting professional. No more than 20 performers will be participating. 

When a new Casting Access Online workshop is announced, eligible performers RSVP to request a space in the workshop and are added to the workshop on a first-come/first-served basis. Confirmed participants will be notified by e-mail. 

The date listed for the workshop is the day enrollment and cancellation close, and your headshots are sent to the casting director. Later that week, participants will receive sides specially selected for them by the participating casting director. 

Once you have received your sides, you will have until the deadline to rehearse, record, and upload a video containing your performance of the sides. You will upload the video using your YouTube account and email the video link. Finally, the casting director will review your workshop video and provide notes.

CASTING DIRECTOR BIO

Nicky Hawthorne co-wrote and produced Open Road's The Tank ($3.2MM budget, in theatres 2015). Previously, she worked as the Casting Associate on 16+ SAG features in the past two years, including films at Lakeshore Entertainment and Sony.

REQUIREMENTS

You must have completed a Casting Access Online application prior to registering for this workshop. 

If you RSVP for this workshop you must be able to upload your video by 9:00am PST on March 28th. DO NOT BE LATE. Those who have been seated by March 21st are expected to comply. You must cancel your reservation before March 21st if you cannot comply. 

This event is only open to actors who reside OUTSIDE of LA or NY.
