SYNOPSIS
This workshop will include a Q&A and a cold reading session with an experienced casting professional.
CASTING DIRECTOR BIO
Kim Moarefi has been involved in casting and production in theatre, film and television for many years. She counts herself very lucky to have started in casting with the late great Lanford Wilson's' theatre, Circle Repertory Company.
Some film credits as Casting Director/Consultant include: Too Cold To Swim (upcoming) The Last Exorcism Part 2, The Happy House, Stags, and Zenith.
She is currently casting the 2016-2017 Palm Beach Dramaworks and working at the New York Theatre Workshop.
REQUIREMENTS
You must have completed a Casting Access Application prior to registering for this workshop.
Please note that the 90-day frequency restriction applies to this workshop. Your last frequency-restricted workshop must have taken place no less than 90 (ninety) days prior to this event to be eligible to register. Also, should you register for more than one (1) frequency-restricted workshop at a time, the higher-placing workshop registration will be retained and all others will be deleted.
NO LATE ARRIVALS and NO WALK-INS are admitted. Only those participants who have received a telephoned or e-mailed confirmation message from staff will be admitted to the session. Waitlisted individuals who have not received such confirmation will not be admitted at the door. Please do not show up if you have not been explicitly confirmed as RSVPed.
