  • If you have previously taken Karen Huie's Group ADR workshop, you are not eligible for this offering.

Synopsis:

The acronym ADR stands for "Automatic or Automated Dialogue Replacement."  It is also referred to as "Looping." This post-production process can be performed by actors individually or by actors within a group. In this workshop, ADR veteran Karen Huie will focus on Group ADR, which is the art of providing voices for everyone other than the principal actors in films or television shows. This will be a foundation of the craft and practical application of it to picture. Actors will start by listening to the ambient sounds of film and television and then learn and practice the way it's done.

Check in begins at 9:45am and the workshop is from 10:00am-12:00pm.

No RSVP available? No problem.  Don't be discouraged. Add your name to the Waitlist.  It's a good way to get into this workshop.
