Synopsis
What do Morgan Freeman, Sigourney Weaver, Peter Coyote and James Earl Jones have in common? Yes, sure they are all great actors, but what else do they have in common? Well, they are also exceptional narrators. Narration can be heard in mainstream films, tv shows, documentaries, audiobooks and more. In this workshop, actors will explore some of the areas where narration gives voiceover actors a chance to showcase their smooth vocal styles and help visual or auditory material shine.
About our instructor
Joyce Castellanos worked for over25 years as an audio director/producer at NBC, Disney Channel, Warner Bros. Marketing and The WB Television Network. In addition to being a trained voice actor, she was a talent agent for two years, and has coached voiceover for more than17 years.
Joyce trains voiceover actors in the areas of promos, trailers, commercial, and narration both in studio and via Skype. Her passion for voiceover and broad experience keeps her on the cutting edge of the industry.
