SYNOPSIS

Once you have completed the requisite Don LaFontaine Voiceover Lab online application, you must complete the Voiceover Lab Orientation (VOLO) in order to begin using the Lab.  The 2-hour VOLO covers Lab policies, aspects of sound, file formats, sample rates/bit depths, audio interfaces, microphones, functions of recording and a demonstration of a typical voiceover recording, including editing. 

The Orientation ends at 8pm.

REQUIREMENTS

Completed VO Lab Application.

Valid SAG-AFTRA or AEA membership card and a photo ID at check-in. Without them, you will not be admitted.

You must be present for the entire orienation to be approved.

Note taking materials (laptop, pens, pencils, paper) receommended.
