SYNOPSIS
Have you encountered a serial bully, hugger, joker, kisser, or groper? Join us for an evening of interactive training, in which improv actors will demonstrate the all too common scenarios encountered in the entertainment business and what constitutes proper conduct. We will guide individuals in identifying behaviors that create or contribute to unlawful bullying, harassment, discrimination and retaliation by offering information on how to assist in preventing and responding to incidents in the workplace.

Participants will have the opportunity to raise issues and learn how to work through them in real time. The evening will outline standards of conduct for the Producing Team and Independent Production Companies in order to create a top-down climate of conduct for all. You will learn how to handle situations that may occur during a production period, through demonstrated realistic scenes similar to those on set and in the office.

Ivy Kagan Bierman, an entertainment industry expert on workplace cultural issues, will conduct the training, which will include situational performances by the People's Improv Theater based on the scenarios important to the audience at-large.

Presented by the Producers Guild of America Foundation.
