This workshop will include a Q&A and a prepared reading session with an experienced casting professional.
Please prepare a monologue under 2 min in length. You will meet with Steve in a one-on-one setting after the Q&A
CASTING DIRECTOR BIO
With over 1,000 casting projects under his belt since 2004, Industry Expert, Talent Consultant & Freelance Casting Director Steve Stancato believes mastering both a creative and business mindset is what makes actors successful.
For over a decade, he has been involved with finding and booking diverse union and non-union talent for Commercials, Web, Branded Content, AR, VR, Print, Voice Over, Film, TV Music Videos, Industrials and New Media Platforms in NYC and LA.
As a former Vice President of Paladino Casting, Steve has 15 years of industry experience and a unique insider perspective on what can help actors in their career (and it is not just about talent, drive or passion.) Steve loves actors, performers and artists and enjoys helping them develop professionally through education and consulting.

You must have completed a Casting Access Application prior to registering for this workshop.
Please note that the 90-day frequency restriction applies to this workshop. Your last frequency-restricted workshop must have taken place no less than 90 (ninety) days prior to this event to be eligible to register. Also, should you register for more than one (1) frequency-restricted workshop at a time, the higher-placing workshop registration will be retained and all others will be deleted.
NO LATE ARRIVALS and NO WALK-INS are admitted. Only those participants who have received a telephoned or e-mailed confirmation message from staff will be admitted to the session. Waitlisted individuals who have not received such confirmation will not be admitted at the door. Please do not show up if you have not been explicitly confirmed as RSVPed.
