CASTING DIRECTOR BIO

Amy Reece is casting director at Perry/Reece Casting and has been casting movies-of-the-week and miniseries for Larry Levinson Productions, as well as Lifetime, Hallmark, Spike, Ion, PIXL and other major networks.

REQUIREMENTS

Each Actor will be responsible for acquiring their own material once they have been paired with a scene partner on the first day of class. Amy is happy to make suggestions, but feels locating material the actor is curious and passionate about and can relate to, is part of the actors job. She has a small library of plays she is happy to allow actors to copy if she has a play of interest. She would also suggest locating material online, at the library or if one has a mind to build a library, plays can be easily obtained at Dramatist Play service which is traditionally where most actors purchase material.

You must have completed a Casting Access Application prior to registering for this class.

NO LATE ARRIVALS and NO WALK-INS are admitted. Only those participants who have received a telephoned or e-mailed confirmation message from staff will be admitted to the session. Waitlisted individuals who have not received such confirmation will not be admitted at the door. Please do not show up if you have not been explicitly confirmed as RSVPed.
