Please note:There will be on-going construction at 5757 Wilshire for the foreseeable future. We encourage you to give yourself extra time to park and enter the building. Enter and exit the parking structure off of Curson Ave. or Masselin Ave. Depending on the amount of cars you may need to park on the top of the structure.
Please note - Elevator Accessibility: There have been on-going issues with the elevators we normally use at check-in at 5757 Wilshire. One is being replaced, and the other is failing. If you are unable to use stairs, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to make alternate arrangements to be able to access the Foundation’s screening room or voice-over lab on the mezzanine.
You MUST bring your paid-up, valid SAG-AFTRA or AEA ID card (or your receipt of current payment) for admittance. No admittance will be granted without your current card or receipt.
One guest is allowed at this program (guest does not have to be a Union member). You must RSVP for a guest and they must check in with you. Seats cannot be held.
Seats are NOT guaranteed. Programs are overbooked to ensure a full house.
Late arrivals will not be admitted.
No photography or audio/video recording permitted.
No soliciting (including giving out headshots, reels, business cards, scripts) or autograph seeking from guest speakers
When you register for a program you are expected to stay for the entire Q&A as a courtesy to our guest speaker(s).
There is no food or drink allowed in the SAG-AFTRA Foundation Screening Room. Only bottled water.
This program may include explicit, sexual, disturbing or offensive content and is intended for mature audiences only.
The SAG-AFTRA Foundation reserves the right to refuse admission or service to anyone.

Cancellations must be made by midnight prior to the day of the program.
Failure to fulfill a RSVPed reservation or arrival after check-in is completed will be recorded as a no-show.
Three no-shows within a year of the first missed program will result in restriction from attending SAG-AFTRA Foundation Conversations or The Business programs for 90 days.
The no-show policy does not apply to WAITLISTED reservations – UNLESS you are moved to the RSVP list. If you have been moved to the RSVP list and will not be attending you must cancel by midnight to avoid being recorded as a no-show. Your status will be changed no later than midnight prior to the day of the program – to give you time to cancel.
Waiting List –
If you are on the waiting list and a spot opens up you will be moved to the RSVP list and notified via email (by midnight prior to the day of the program). You may also check your status at any time by logging into our website. By signing up for the waiting list you are telling us that you are want to attend the program so if that changes please cancel your waitlist reservation. If you are still on the waiting list the day of a program you are welcome to show up to see if space is available. You WILL NOT be recorded as a no-show if you are still on the waiting list and do not attend or if you show up and do not get in.
