Emiliya Zhivotovskaya - Emiliya Zhivotovskaya is a leading voice in the world of positive psychology and the science of flourishing. She is the CEO and founder of The Flourishing Center, and creator of the acclaimed Certification in Applied Positive Psychology (CAPP) program that’s been offered in 13 cities across the U.S., Canada and online worldwide (www.GetCertifiedinPP.com), which has trained over 1,400 practitioners to date across 38 countries. Joan Pastor - Joan Pastor, Ph.D., has her degree in both Industrial-Organizational psychology and Clinical psychology, with over 30 years of experience providing therapeutic, business development coaching, innovation skills, and performance enhancement services to people in all areas of entertainment around the world. Her private clients include Oscar, Emmy, Grammy and Tony award winners. Joan specializes in assisting people through the many internal and external barriers that hold us back from being the absolute very best we can be in our work, and from doing everything necessary to achieve success. She once had such a deep fear of performing that she fainted in the middle of a radio call-in talk show! Now, she is a Certified Speaking Professional through the National Speakers Association, and speaks professionally to audiences as large as 5000 people, all over the world. Her webinars on emotional and psychological self-management beginning April 23rd at 10am PST on Zoom, are free and are open to everyone.
Joan has developed a unique process especially for those in any and all facets of entertainment, and be prepared- her work is powerful. This includes working behind the scenes to consult on several television projects and assist various entertainment individuals negotiate better terms for themselves. Joan has consulted to over 65 organizations all over the world. Those that were specifically on entertainment-related projects include Sony, Disney, Mattel Toys, PepsiCo, Snowfall Films, Women in Film, China Clicks (talent agents, Beijing), University of California- all campuses, Interlochen National Music Camp, and Dun & Bradstreet. She has received numerous awards, has been on numerous television and radio talk shows, and hosted her own radio show, "Psychologically Speaking," in Philadelphia. She also was the talent and director of a 3 hour DVD program produced for PepsiCo.
Joan has her bachelor and master’s degrees in Far Eastern Studies. She has been a practicing Zen Buddhist (while still embracing her Jewish roots) for over 35 years. She is honored to be participating on this panel during very challenging times for actors everywhere.

Lori played recurring political pundit Leslie Hillerman on the Onion News Network series, In The Know and is the creator and star of the series Margo Rose Reports. Lori received an Excellence in Acting Award at the NY International Fringe Festival. She is the recipient of a Jeff Award, two Jeff nominations, two After Dark Awards and the SAG-AFTRA Joseph C. Riley Service Award.
