*** "CASTING ONLINE BASICS FOR MAC USERS ONLINE  - DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENTS ***

NOTE: This is a THREE HOUR class that meets over Zoom web conferencing. It is specifically for Mac users.

Members will learn important skills needed to submit themselves for online casting, specifically, how to compress their videos, make basic edits, upload to dropbox, send large files via wetransfer and how to setup accounts and submit themselves on various casting web sites like Actors Access and Casting Networks. 

*** COMPUTER LAB RULES ***

SAG-AFTRA Foundation events are open to SAG-AFTRA members only.

You MUST bring your paid-up, valid SAG-AFTRA card (or your receipt of current payment) for admittance. No admittance will be granted without your current card or receipt.

When you register for an event you are expected to stay for the entire class as a courtesy to our guest speaker(s).

Cancellations must be made by midnight prior to the day of the event.

Late arrivals will not be admitted.

The SAG-AFTRA Foundation reserves the right to refuse admission or service to anyone.

*** NO-SHOW POLICY ***

Failure to fulfill a SEATED reservation or arrival after check-in is completed will be recorded as a “No-Show.”

Two "No-Shows" within 60 days will result in restriction from attending Computer Labs or Classes for 90 days.

*** WAITLIST ***

If you are on the wait list and a spot opens up you will be moved to the RSVP list and notified via email (by midnight prior to the day of the event). You may also check your status at any time by logging into our website. By signing up for the waiting list you are telling us that you are want to attend the event so if that changes please cancel your waitlist reservation. If you are still on the wait list the day of an event you are welcome to show up to see if space is available. You WILL NOT be recorded as a no-show if you are still on the wait list and do not attend or if you show up and do not get in.
