SYNOPSIS
This class will include a Q&A and a Cold Reading Session with an experienced casting professional. This class will focus on audition technique and scene study.
Actors will be assigned scenes the morning of the class , to offer the feeling of a relatively cold-read. Actors are encouraged to prepare the scene beforehand, but be open to redirection and notes. This class will likely be 3 hours in length.
RSVP'D Actors will receive a ZOOM Invitation to participate on the morning of the class.
CASTING DIRECTOR BIO
Michael Testa has cast over 70 films and television shows.
He was casting director for ROSWELL, COLD CASE, MAKE IT OR BREAK IT, RINGER, LOVE & SEX, STITCHERS, the LIVING BIBLICALLY pilot and many more.
He recently cast Netflix movie called FALLING INN LOVE, a lifetime movie called CHRISTMAS ALA MODE airing 11/15, and two upcoming features; SPINSTER with Chelsea Peretti and LIKE A HOUSE ON FIRE with Sarah Sutherland.

You must have completed a Casting Access Application prior to registering for this class.
Please note that the 90-day frequency restriction applies to this workshop. Your last frequency-restricted workshop must have taken place no less than 90 (ninety) days prior to this event to be eligible to register.
Only those participants who have received a telephoned or e-mailed confirmation message from staff will receive a link inviting them to the session. Waitlisted individuals who have not received such confirmation will not be sent the link to join the class.
