SYNOPSIS

The business of Video Game voiceover is exploding, wanna play? -- This workshop will explore the creation of that crucial catalogue of characters from Arch Villains to Super Heroes.  There will also be a focus on how to make "efforts" (vocal reaction sounds) and scream safely with techniques that protect your voice from harm during video game auditions and booked sessions. 


INSTRUCTOR BIO

Paul Liberti

Paul has been teaching Nationally for the SAG/AFTRA Foundation in Los Angeles since 2015. New York City since 2014 - and in New York City since 1997. He currently teaches through Actors Connection in New York City. www.ActorsConnection.com His teaching style approaches Voice Acting as a connection to the listener and integrates the expression of the body, voice, imagination, personalizing, improvisation, external stimuli, and script analysis - always finding each actor uniquely their own. 


REQUIREMENTS

Join Details are emailed to participants approx. 2-Hours before the start time of the program.

This is a 3-hour class.  Participants must be present for the entire program, which  is from 10:00 AM- 1:00 PM (PDT) / 1:00PM - 4:00 PM (EDT).

If you are on the RSVP list for Paul Liberti's Commercial Voiceover Tune-Up on November 2, 2020, you are not eligible to be on the RSVP list for this class..  However, you can be an Auditor for this class.

If you are on the RSVP list, you are considered to be a designated reader that will read copy and work directly with Paul.  If you do not wish to be a designated reader, please contact  the Don LaFontaine Voiceover Lab once you secure an RSVP seat.  We will then move you to an Auditor seat.

There will be a limited number of Auditor seats available for this class.  Auditors are present for the instruction, but are not considered designated readers. Auditors will be selected from those that are on the Waitlist, so if you are interested in an Auditor seat, add your name to the Waitlist.
