SAG-AFTRA Foundation Conversations and The Business programs are open to SAG-AFTRA members only, unless otherwise specified.
Cancellations must be made by midnight prior to the day of the program.

COVID-19 PROTOCOLS:
In order to comply with local regulations, screenings will be at reduced capacity. All guests must show proof of full vaccination to attend this event. Based on the current Los Angeles County mandate, all guests will be required to wear masks while inside the theater.
PASSCARD HEALTH SCREENING INSTRUCTIONS:
1. On the date of the screening (NOVEMBER 14): click the link for the Self Health on your mobile device or computer: https://passcard.warnermedia.com/220-162-396
2. Select “I do not have a company email account”
3. Fill in your name and email address
4. Select “Take the Self Health Screening”
5. Check the box that says “I provide my explicit consent…” and click “Begin Screening”
6. Select the box that says “I am fully vaccinated with a COVID-19 vaccine. Fully vaccinated is defined as 14 days after the final dose of a given vaccine.” and click Continue.
7. Click “Submit your vaccination details”
8. Select Country where you received your vaccination and click “Save”
9. Click “Update My Status”
10. Check the box that says “I provide my explicit consent to the processing of my personal data…” and click Continue
11. Fill in the details for your first and second dose and click “Upload Image”
12. Upload image of your vaccination card and click “Done”
13. Click “Close” on the Thank You screen
14. Click “Back” to go back to the main Self Health Screen
15. Select “Take the Self Health Screening”
16. Check the box that says “I provide my explicit consent…” and click “Begin Screening”
17. This will now take you to the Questionnaire with 5 questions to complete
18. Once you complete the five questions, you will receive a “Cleared for Entry” Screen. Click “Continue” which will take you to the main page that should be GREEN and show the date of the screening (NOVEMBER 14) and a Yellow V+ Flag that shows you’ve completed the vaccination portion
19. Take a screenshot or photo of this Green page and be prepared to show the photo/screenshot to security upon arrival at the theater.

***NEW NO-SHOW POLICY***
Three "No-Shows" within one calendar year will result in restriction from attending this program type for three months.
The "No-Show" policy does not apply to WAITLISTED reservations – UNLESS you are moved to the RSVP list. If you have been moved to the RSVP list and will not be attending you must cancel by midnight to avoid being recorded as a "No-Show". Your status will be changed no later than midnight prior to the day of the program – to give you time to cancel.
THE WAITLIST: Please monitor your space on the waitlist. If you are no longer available to attend the session for which you have been waitlisted, please cancel your reservation.
