SYNOPSIS
This class will include a Q&A and an ASSIGNED READING SESSION with an experienced casting professional.
Actors will be paired up and assigned a scene by the Casting Director during the live class. When you receive your scene and partner assignment, all participants will have 15 minutes in Zoom Breakout Rooms to rehearse with their partner. Tuesday, March 15th, the casting director will be sent the Casting Access Profile Headshots to assign scenes. Please make sure they are up to date by March 15th at 9AM PST. (see instructions below on updating your Casting Access Profile Headshot)
RSVP'd actors will receive a ZOOM invitation sent approximately one hour prior to class.
CASTING DIRECTOR BIO
Jeremy Gordon, CSA has been a Casting Director and Producer in LA for over 15 years working in the studio/network world as well as the indie world spanning mediums from film & TV to digital platforms, podcasts and more. During the pandemic Jeremy was the Casting Director and Producer on the original IGTV series, Quarantine, a first of its kind digital series shot entirely on Zoom which donated 100% of their proceeds to the SAG AFTRA Foundation Covid-19 Disaster Relief Fund. The cast of 10 series regulars includes Spencer Garrett, Alicia Minshew & Justin Chu Cary and celebrity guest stars such as Steven Weber, Bree Turner, Rob Morrow, Reno Wilson & Willie Garson. Recent past projects include Rob Reiner’s “Shock & Awe” starring Woody Harrelson, Tommy Lee Jones & James Marsden. Another of Jeremy’s hit projects, feature film, “Rust Creek” was a Top 10 Netflix film over multiple weeks and is now streaming in over 60 countries.
With their new formed Garrett/Gordon Productions, alongside producing partner/actor, Spencer Garrett, Jeremy cast and produced the #1 hit scripted podcast, “America 2.0” starring Laurence Fishburne, Patrick J. Adams, Kate Walsh, Ming Na Wen & Shanola Hampton.

You must have completed a Casting Access Application prior to registering for this class.
Please note that the 90-day frequency restriction applies to this class. Your last frequency-restricted class must have taken place no less than 90 (ninety) days prior to this event to be eligible to register.
NO LATE ARRIVALS and NO WALK-INS are admitted. Only those participants who have received a telephoned or e-mailed confirmation message from staff will be admitted to the session. Waitlisted individuals who have not received such confirmation will not be admitted at the door. Please do not show up if you have not been explicitly confirmed as RSVPed.
