PANELISTS BIOS
Jessica Johnson, National Director, Entertainment Contracts After briefly working as a production attorney for a boutique entertainment law firm, Jessica joined the SAG-AFTRA team just over seven years ago and has worked in various capacities related to the theatrical, television, and new media contracts. In her current role, Jessica is involved in both the signatory process as well as contract interpretation/enforcement for the entertainment contracts. Jessica is a self-proclaimed math nerd and if you are lucky, you may catch her wearing math pants!
Jane Love National Director, Audiobooks Jane Love has been with the union for 32 years, having spent most of those years in the Washington-Mid Atlantic Local. She, together with Associate Executive Director/Labor Counsel for News and Broadcast, Rich Larkin, began organizing the audiobook industry in earnest in 2008 and has since increased union covered earnings from roughly 1 million in 2008 to more than 34 million in 2020 in partnership with an amazing group of member narrators. Audiobook work is the fastest growing area of work in SAG-AFTRA's jurisdiction with earnings having jumped more than 20% in 2020 during the pandemic over 2019 earnings.
Jennifer Mathews, Senior Business Representative, Commercials and Corporate-Educational & Non-Broadcast Contracts After moving from Texas to Los Angeles, Jennifer began working in the Stunt, Safety & Music Department but soon transferred to Commercials/Co-Ed where she has remained for over 17 years. In her current role, Jennifer provides contract interpretation and enforcement, signs signatories, and educates performers, producers, and casting about the Commercials and Co-Ed Contracts. She resides with three cats and will always make time to talk to and about furry companions.
Treslyn Williams, National Director, Voiceover Department Treslyn has worked at SAG-AFTRA for several years and has experience in various contract areas, including Commercials ,Corp-Ed/Industrials, Promotional Announcements and Theatrical Trailers. In her current role, she oversees Dubbing, Interactive Media, Promotional Announcements and Theatrical Trailers. She is also involved in contract interpretation and approval of signatory employers and Audio House Studio Clearances.
Sue-Anne Morrow, Senior Director, Strategic Initiatives: A successful performer for over two decades, Sue-Anne joined the SAG-AFTRA team five years ago, first as a Commercials Strategist. Her work now includes tackling the challenges and opportunities that technological advances, new platforms, and expanding distribution channels present for our members. Originally from New Brunswick, Canada, she has lived in NYC for 25 years, but still finishes every tenth sentence with "eh?"
