SYNOPSIS
Motion Capture and Performance Capture are rapidly becoming a frequently used element of video games, animation and some film productions. The technology provides new work opportunities, but also requires the acquisition of new skills, such as creating characters with little to no preparation time and working in an environment with almost no context.
Participants will learn about movement and techniques required in Motion Capture and Performance Capture. To demonstrate the concepts a small group of volunteer performers will work directly with the instructors (see Requirements below for details), while other attendees will be able to watch and absorb these valuable exercises designed to expand your Motion Capture and Performance Capture skill sets.
There will be a brief Q&A session with our guest instructors at the end of the class.
