The focus of this class will be on skill sets that enhance your storytelling.  When narrating audiobooks, delivering compelling and conversational dialogue between characters requires an understanding of pace, tone, inflections and even accents.  Those essential tools can help narrators sustain the interest of listeners and elevate the author's story - while still staying present as an actor.

Paul Liberti  -

Paul Liberti is a casting and voice director for The Razor Online Magazine and is involved in various animation projects as a freelance voice director. Paul is also the co-creator of AuthorDirect Audio, where he directs audiobook narrators for Audible. Through his experiences teaching acting at universities across America, he has helped students integrate his essential skills techniques, which have helped numerous young performers establish and sustain acting careers in multiple categories of the craft.  Additionally, he has served as a dialect coach on shows like Disney's Frozen, USA Network's Falling Water, The National Theater's - One Night in Miami, Greater Tuna, Anastasia, My Fair Lady and Carousel, along with New York City Center's Encores

Paul's acting credits include: Our Cartoon President, SNL Cartoons, Pokemon, Blues Clues, Pinky Dinky Doo, Sesame Street and Jim Henson’s Muppets.

The instructor may call upon volunteers to work with  them on reads and techniques.  Readers will be randomly selected.  Not all attendees will be selected to read.
