SYNOPSIS
This class will include a Q&A and a prepared reading session with an experienced casting professional.
Participating actors will prepare a monologue or scene of your choice from film or tv, preferably comedy, two minutes in length or less.
A reader will be available on ZOOM during the class.
All actors will need to email a PDF of their chosen scene to castingaccess@sagaftra.foundation for the reader by 12pm EST/9am PST on Wednesday, April 26th. The subject needs to be Casting Access - Briana Dunlay. The body of the email MUST include the role that the reader will be reading if you are doing a scene.
RSVP'd Actors will receive a ZOOM Invitation to participate on the morning of the class.
CASTING DIRECTOR BIO
BRIANA DUNLAY is an Associate Casting Director and Freelance Casting Director in New York. Her current project is Levi Holloway's play "Grey House." The Joe Mantello-directed production will appear on Broadway in May 2023.
REQUIREMENTS
You must have completed a Casting Access Application prior to registering for this class.
Please note that the 90-day frequency restriction applies to this class. Your last frequency-restricted class must have taken place no less than 90 (ninety) days prior to this event to be eligible to register.
NO LATE ARRIVALS and NO WALK-INS are admitted. Only those participants who have received a telephoned or e-mailed confirmation message from staff will be admitted to the session. Waitlisted individuals who have not received such confirmation will not be admitted at the door. Please do not show up if you have not been explicitly confirmed as RSVPed.
