SYNOPSIS

Join industry veteran James Romick for the first of a two part hands-on class designed to teach REAPER users how to master raw audio to meet ACX specs. During Part 1, James will demonstrate how to apply basic processing FX to raw audio recorded in REAPER. He will demonstrate how to accomplish noise reduction and how to apply a high pass filer EQ using FX plugins native to REAPER.  James will also  discuss alternative plugins that can be used to accomplish a similar result. Following the demonstration participants will work on their own pre-recorded audio to mimic the processes shown. James will remain on hand to answer questions and provide support. While this session will focus on mastering to meet ACX specs the concepts are applicable to mastering for voiceover work in general.

Please carefully read requirements below. This is a hands-on workshop and does require an audio submission in order to participate. This is the first of a two part class. Please do not RSVP if you cannot attend both Part 1 on May 30 and Part 2 on May 31.
