SYNOPSIS
This virtual class will include a Q&A and a prepared reading session with an experienced industry professional.
Actors will prepare copy of their choosing from any genre of voiceover (animation, commercial, promo, etc.), two minutes in length or less. A PDF of your chosen copy must be sent to castingaccess@sagaftra.foundation by 2:00 PM PST/5:00 PM EST on Friday, August 11th with the subject line Casting Access - Marla Weber-Green. If you need a reader, please note the role the reader will be playing in the body of the email.
The Zoom link will be sent out one hour prior to class.
AGENT BIO
MARLA WEBER-GREEN has been in the talent industry for nearly two decades, beginning her career at Buchwald in the voiceover department. As an agent, she joined Stewart Talent in 2012 and over the last ten years continued to develop their roster in animation. She became head of adult animation where she booked talent for numerous film and television projects, including the Oscar winning film Soul, in addition to roles for Disney, Dreamworks, Nickelodeon, and Comedy Central, among others
REQUIREMENTS
NO LATE ARRIVALS and NO WALK-INS are admitted. Only those participants who have received a telephoned or e-mailed confirmation message from staff will be admitted to the session. Waitlisted individuals who have not received such confirmation will not be admitted at the door. Please do not show up if you have not been explicitly confirmed as RSVPed.
Cancellations are required by midnight the night before a class. Cancellation can only be made via the website. You cannot cancel your RSVP via email or phone. Those who have been seated by the start date are expected to comply. You must cancel your reservation before the start date if you cannot comply, or you will face a six month ineligibility period. DO NOT BE LATE. Check-in begins 15 minutes to the class start time. If you arrive after the start time, you will not be admitted and it will be counted as a no-show.
