CASTING DIRECTOR BIO

Originally from Portland, Oregon, BILL BAILEY came to Los Angeles as a comedy writer and improv performer before finding his place in casting. He has been in casting since 2000 and has experience in commercials, music videos, television and feature films. He specializes in comedy and sports casting for both union and non-union commercials. Bill prides himself on his ability to identify the most talented actors to suit each project. That means having a sophisticated understanding of the clients' projects and tastes, and knowing the giant pool of talent in Southern California. He tries hard to create an atmosphere where actors shine. Bill's casting sessions are carefully directed and delivered in an organized and timely manner. Bill loves to work with smart, funny people.

In his free time, Bill plays frisbee golf, takes pictures, and patrols the surf spots of Ventura.
