This is a very specific class format, so please throughly read all of the class details below.

CLASS FORMAT

This class will include a Q&A and an ASSIGNED SELF TAPE CLASS with live feedback with live performance redirects.. 

PLEASE NOTE: You must have an Actors Access account to participate in this class. Kim Marie will be assigning sides for the self tapes via Eco-Cast. All seated class members must email their name as it appears on Breakdown Services/Actors Access to castingaccess@sagaftra.foundation no later than 9AM PST/12PM EST on Friday, October 27th with the subject, Casting Access - Kim Marie Swanson. That morning, Kim Marie will be sent your Actor's Access profile, where she will use that to assign sides via Eco-Cast. You will upload your audition for free via Eco-Cast where Kim Marie will receive them directly. It's very important that you provide the correct Actors Access Profile name, so that you can receive your sides for your self tape.

On Wednesday, November 1st at 4PM PST/7PM EST, Kim Marie will host a virtual class, including a Q&A, reviewing all of the self tapes and then the opportunity to get live feedback for a live performance redirect.

For example, if your name is "Kim Swanson", but you are listed on Breakdowns/Actors Access as "Kim Marie Swanson", we need your name just as it appears on Breakdown, otherwise, you will not receive the invitation and sides.

RSVP'D actors will receive a Zoom meeting invitation sent on the day of the class to participate. Please check your spam, junk and promotion folders if you're not seeing our emails in your inbox. If you haven't received the zoom link by 1 hour prior to the class, email castingaccess@sagaftra.foundation to receive the link.

REQUIREMENTS

You must have completed a Casting Access Application prior to registering for this class.

All members must show a valid SAG-AFTRA card when they check in for the class.  No admittance will be granted without your current card or receipt.

NO LATE ARRIVALS are admitted. Only those participants who have received a telephoned or e-mailed confirmation message from staff will be admitted to the session. Waitlisted individuals who have not received such confirmation will not be admitted at the door. Please do not show up if you have not been explicitly confirmed as RSVPed.

Cancellations are required by midnight the night before a class. Cancellation can only be made via the website. You cannot cancel your RSVP via email or phone.  Those who have been seated by the start date are expected to comply. You must cancel your reservation before the start date if you cannot comply, or you will face a six month ineligibility period.  DO NOT BE LATE.  Check-in begins 15 minutes to the class start time.  If you arrive after the start time, you will not be admitted and it will be counted as a no-show.
