SYNOPSIS

Embrace your inner drama and create dynamic video game characters. Grasp the profound differences in creating Video Game Characters vs. Animation characters, as you explore the 12 archetypal characters found in all video games. Vocal warm-ups and exercises for building natural effort sounds are included. Paul's classes for the SAG/AFTRA Foundation consistently show actors how to access their most competitive reads for auditions and work sessions.


INSTRUCTOR BIO

Paul Liberti

Paul Liberti is a Los Angeles based casting director, voice director and acting teacher.  He is also the co-creator of AuthorDirect Audio, which directs non-fiction reads for Audible.  When teaching Voiceover, Paul specializes in commercial, animation, video games and narration.  His diverse teaching experience includes university acting programs. independent acting classes and working with voiceover actors through the SAG-AFTRA Foundation.

Paul is also a dialect coach for films, Broadway and London's West End Theater, and Regional Theater with recent shows like Disney's Frozen, USA Network's Falling Water, The National Theater's One Night in Miami, Greater Tuna, Anastasia, NYC’s My Fair Lady, Carousel, Brigadoon and many others. Paul has been a voice actor for Pokemon, Blues Clues, Noggin's Pinky Dinky Doo, Saturday Night Live Cartoons, Sesame Street and Jim Henson's Muppets. He is currently the voice of Curious George & The Man In The Yellow Haat www.curiousgeorge.com.
