SYNOPSIS

This class will include a Q&A with NY based casting professional, Joe Piserchio, followed by a prepared work session. 

Participating actors will choose, prepare and perform monologues from film or television.  Additional preparation details will be sent upon RSVP confirmation.

ABOUT JOE

Joe Piserchio has been working in casting for the past four years and has loved every second of it! After assisting with casting for a local theatre company in NJ, Joe found a high interest inthe career of casting. Joe first interned with Pat McCorkle and the rest of the team at McCorkle Casting. At McCorkle Casting, Joe worked on projects for George Street Playhouse, Barrington Stage, Company, CATF, and more! Joe then interned for Judy Bowman Casting, before joining as a Casting Assistant! With Judy Bowman Casting, Joe has worked on projects for Dorset Theatre Festival, Cleveland Playhouse, Arizona Theatre Company, Kitchen Theatre, Sharon Playhouse, and more. Joe was most recently the casting coordinator for Florida Studio Theatre in Sarasota, FL. Joe is currently freelancing.

REQUIREMENTS

You must have completed a Casting Access Application prior to registering for this class.

NO LATE ARRIVALS and NO WALK-INS are admitted. Only those participants who have received a telephoned or e-mailed confirmation message from staff will be admitted to the session. Waitlisted individuals who have not received such confirmation will not be admitted at the door. Please do not show up if you have not been explicitly confirmed as RSVPed.
