Bios:

Cynthia McLean is Vice President and voice over agent at SBV Talent, where she has worked the past 32 of her 42 years in the commercial talent agency business.

She specializes in animation, working closely with writers, producers and casting directors in television and feature animation, while remaining active in the commercial and interactive departments as well as corporate issues.

With SBV since 1992, Cynthia got her agency legs at Cunningham, Escott & DiPene, Abrams Rubaloff & Lawrence, and Arlene Thornton & Assoc. during 1982-1992.

She is a 3rd generation California native and was raised in Los Angeles. Her bachelor’s degree is in English literature from UCLA.

Outside of agency life, Cynthia enjoys spending her free time with family and friends. Her hobbies include hiking, knitting, reading, and traveling. Her favorite destination getaway is Big Sur, which she enjoys with her husband, Bob. And yes, she loves cats.

Jessica Bulavsky is the Voiceover Department Director and a Voiceover Agent at SBV Talent, specializing in promo, trailer, narration, and live announce work. Since arriving in Los Angeles in 2005, Jessica has been guided by her sharp ear for talent, passion for creative collaboration, and enthusiasm for making a difference in clients' lives and careers.

A proud Las Vegas transplant, armed with a pre-law degree from UCSB and law firm experience, Jessica moved to LA and shifted her focus to the entertainment industry. Her voiceover journey began in Casting & Education at Kalmenson & Kalmenson Voice Casting, where she gained the knowledge and confidence to fulfill her goal of becoming a talent agent. She found her agency home at SBV in 2006.

Jessica enjoys discovering new talent, building successful careers, and keeping ahead of the fast-paced excitement of the promo industry. Outside of the office, she shares her home with her husband, two boys, two cats, and a dog—and soon may be adding a gecko, as a surprise to her son for his birthday.

Ferenc Laczko is a talent agent at Sutton, Barth and Vennari (SBV Talent) one of the industry’s leading talent agencies representing celebrity, voiceover and on-camera actors led by Rita Vennari. His areas of specialties include commercial, interactive and animation voiceover.

He began his career in the mailroom at Abrams Artists Agency, after completing an internship at Fox 2000. Ferenc grew up in the Los Angeles suburb of Arcadia, the only child of a Peruvian mother and Hungarian father– a total consequence of Globalization. He attended the University of California, Santa Barbara double majoring in Global Studios and Law and Society. Ferenc also likes to travel (20 countries and counting!) and experience new cultures. He strongly believes something awesome happens when artists perform in their element with passion and authenticity.
